Distributor Application
Fika Medical sells medical supplies including our patent pending single use Botulinum Toxin Syringe. We sell to both Retail and Wholesale (Distributor) Customers. Prices on our website are listed at retail price and are ready for purchase.
To see discounted Distributor prices, you must apply for a Distributor Account and if approved, and logged in, you can view the special Distributor prices.
To be eligible for a Distributor Account, and/or discounted pricing, your Business, Clinic or Company must meet our minimum account requirements, including minimum ordering capacity.
Listed here are the minimum requirements to apply for a Distributor account. If your business does not meet these requirements, you are welcome to register for Retail customer account.
- Your Business, Clinic or Company must have an ABN or ACN.
- Your Business, Clinic or Company must be located in Australia, with an Australian delivery address.
- Your Business, Clinic or Company must have the capacity to order a minimum of a pallet (576 boxes at the discounted rate) at a time. Payment must be pre-paid at the time of ordering.
If you agree that your business meets this minimum requirement, you may proceed with your Distributor Account Application.
There are two steps to applying for a Distributor account.
- Register for an account on Fika Medical. Initially you will be granted a Retail Customer account, and if we approve your Distributor Account, we will convert your account for you. Please note, initially you will only see retail pricing. You will only be able to view the discounted Distributor Pricing once your account has been approved and converted. - Fill in the Distributor Account Application form below. Please include as much detail as possible. Incomplete applications may result in your account not being approved.
